Design & Marketing
Benev distributes cosmeceuticals and medical device for dermatologists and patients. My role focused on supporting visual and web design across digital experiences, contributing to brand communication, website organization, and user-facing content while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a real-world product environment.
Current Problem
Too many products, unclear communication
Benev’s existing website lacked clear communication and navigation for its two primary audiences: physicians and patients. Users often struggled to understand which products they could purchase, which treatments were intended for professional use versus at-home care, and how to navigate across the growing product ecosystem.

Final Reflection
Real-World Team Collaboration
Benev was one of my earliest professional experiences working closely with real teams, stakeholders, and users. It strengthened my interest in understanding how people interact with products, how communication shapes experience, and how design can bridge business goals with human needs.
This experience played an important role in shaping my decision to continue pursuing design professionally and deepened my interest in user experience and product thinking.
